Established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6362 on the Capital Markets, to operate a portfolio consisting of funds collected from qualified investors in exchange for participation shares, real estates, independent sections within the scope of real estate projects specified in the third paragraph of Article 18, or real estate-based rights, as well as assets and transactions specified in the Communiqué on Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Funds (III-52.3) on behalf of participation share holders and in accordance with the principles of fiduciary ownership. Through the fund, it is aimed to invest in real estates that can regularly generate periodic income—such as rent, operating income, and any other income—particularly shopping malls, hotels, and commercial units."
