DOĞRUL GAYRIMENKUL YATIRIM FONU

Pursuant to the provisions of Capital Markets Law No. 6362, the Fund is established for the purpose of managing, for the account of the holders of participation units and on the basis of fiduciary ownership, a portfolio consisting of funds collected from qualified investors in return for participation units, real estate, independent units within the scope of real estate projects referred to in the third paragraph of Article 18, or rights based on real estate, as well as the assets and transactions specified in the Communiqué No. III-52.3 on the Principles Regarding Real Estate Investment Funds. Through the Fund, it is aimed to invest in real estate assets, particularly shopping malls, hotels and commercial units, that are capable of generating regular periodic income through rental income, operating income or any other form of recurring income.
