The investment strategy of the Fund is to invest a minimum of 80% of the total fund value in commercial real estate, land, plots, residential properties, offices, shopping malls, hotels, logistics centers, warehouses, parks, parking lots, hospitals, and any other real estate deemed appropriate by the Board, for the purpose of purchasing, selling, renting, leasing, and promising to purchase or sell, in order to generate capital appreciation, trading profit, or rental income for the Fund portfolio. Investments are also made in the shares of joint-stock companies whose total assets in their financial statements prepared according to the applicable legislation consist consistently of at least 75% domestic real estate investments, as well as real estate certificates and participation shares of other real estate investment funds.
